In 2008, he began a 12-year career in commission sales during the height of the recession, earning multiple top-performer awards before returning to marketing full-time in 2016. Since then, he’s led strategy for brands across industries, combining creative vision with performance-driven execution.

Today, Robert oversees business development at Malachite Media, where he helps brands grow through bold strategy, clean creative, and campaigns built to convert.
